Scope of processing
This website is a plain information page. No cookies are set, no analytics or tracking services are used, and no third-party content (such as external fonts, maps or videos) is loaded. No contact form is offered.
Server log files
When the site is accessed, the hosting provider automatically stores the data transmitted by your browser: the file requested, date and time, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system, referrer URL and IP address. This data is not merged with other sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the technically correct and secure operation of the site. Log files are deleted once they are no longer required for that purpose; the retention period follows the hosting provider's policy.

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Limited, 61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. The provider processes the data arising on access on my behalf, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

If you contact me by email, the information you provide is stored in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), as well as the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). An email to info@bocks.io is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
